Subscription Instructions
For a Premium subscription, you must first register.
After
you register, return to this page to complete your payment securely via PayPal with a Debit or Credit Card, or with an order form.
Once payment is received, your Premium subscription will be active. Premium subscriptions are good for one year from receipt of payment.
Premium subscriptions paid through PayPal auto-renew annually. To prevent recurring payments, you must cancel the subscription in your PayPal account.
